Delivery & Shipping

We use several different delivery services depending on what you’ve ordered, and where you’re based. Your order may be delivered by any one of the following delivery companies: • Amazon Shipping • Hermes • DPD • DHL • Yodel • Translink

Most of our deliveries will be made between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). We also offer the option of Saturday delivery and may be able to offer delivery pre-12pm Mon-Fri at an additional cost.

We can dispatch to all addresses in the UK and we can also dispatch orders internationally, including to EU and non-EU addresses. You can find out more on our international delivery page here.

We always take the greatest of care with our packaging, and especially when we’re dealing with delicate, fragile items. No matter how well-packaged our orders, breakages can still unfortunately happen during the delivery. For this reason, we recommend that any glassware or fragile items that are needed for an event are ordered with plenty of time. We will always work with you for the best solution in the unlikely event that your item is damaged. Whether this means issuing a full refund or replacing the item promptly and in time for your event, we will always strive to do whatever we can for you.

Your order will be dispatched in line with your chosen delivery option. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched so you can keep an eye on the process. Express delivery orders placed before our cut off will be dispatched on the same day with express orders placed after this time dispatching the next day. Saturday delivery orders placed before our cut off on Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Saturday orders placed after this cut-off point will be dispatched for the next Saturday.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking information for the courier we have sent your order with. You can then use this information to contact the courier for more information on your delivery, or to leave details including a safe space to leave your parcel or details for finding your address.

Depending on the courier, many orders will require a signature. You should check that the correct number of parcels are present before signing and if any boxes appear damaged, you should refuse these and let us know straight away so that we can investigate for you.

If there are any problems with your delivery then please get in touch and we'll jump on to it. On rare occasions there may be a problem with the picking of the product or how it was transported and apologise for this but we'll be sure to get it sorted as soon as possible. We ask that you get in touch with us as quick as possible and generally within 5 days so we can quickly get in touch with any couriers or third parties that may have been involved.
